 Its simple !!!
1. Create a folder
2. Within that folder create another one with the date
on it e.g. 01012009
3. Do all work relevant work for this day in here
4. On next day go to root folder- copy last used and
rename with today's date

4. It Looks like this
Day 2
02012009
Day 1
01012009
Root Folder : HTML
Day 3
03012009
And So on!!

 All Relevant Data is in one place
 Its very easy to know what you have done Day by day or
week by week
 Simple once you get used to it
 It can be used for files as well as folders
