0:00 – 0:30–close up shot of a band
members face, eyes are shut. The
shot is black and white. As they
member opens his eyes they are red
with flames in. to catch the
audience’s attention from the
beginning.
Lying on my cell bed thinking
what my father said lying on my
cell bed thoughts going through
my head. What if there’s no way
out now, what if my life’s
mapped out now, what if they
know where I’ve what if they
know all my sins, I can’t wait.
Music starts at 5 seconds after
wide shot with no interruption.
For the first 5 seconds on the
wide shot of the prison there
will be a wind effect heard.
Lead singer lay on bed singing
the introduction in a prison
cell

0:30 – 1:00 – after the
introduction theres a shot of the
prison form a long shot. Slowly
moves the camera nearer to the band
who are performing by the side.
I’m gonna put the knife in, I
can’t wait, I’m gonna put the
knife in a Holiday to that
strangeways hotel. Some people
call it hell im gonna take it
one step higher, I’m gonna set
the place on fire.

view shot of the cell in black and
white like a security camera and
the lead singer then sets the cell
on fire and then carry’s on singing
You were always telling me that
me and you were just a fling,

dealt me those cards the ones
I’ve had from the start.
Ignition of fire sound effects
and crackling of fire
Music plays uninterrupted
Lead man sets cell on fire
because in the lyrics it says
‘im gonna set the place on fire’

performing the song. Rain in the
background to contrast to mood of
the music video, contrasts fire.

corridor.

down the corridor with mid-shot
with a track going backwards and
then cut to close up of lead singer

They walk down the corridor and
escape from the prison.

front of the prison, a figure walks
past and stops in front of a
window. Zooms in on the person.
