  5. 5. Update or Redesign Website<br />Make it Social<br />Build it on Wordpress<br />Because it is so easily adaptable<br />Awesome for SEO purposes<br />Easy to build ipadand mobile versions<br />Make sure to have a Blog<br />
  6. 6. Mobile apps are the next big “must have”<br />Less expensive than you think<br />Can be used to share exclusive content and offers<br />Can meet the needs of your imagination<br />
  7. 7. Set up all social media sites<br />Link them all to website and mobile app<br />Use iFrame Tabs <br />Mini-Website within FB <br />YouTube Page<br />Use ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc<br />

Follow your editorial calendar<br />Create content regularly<br />Stay up to date on what is going on in community, state, country, world, trends, etc<br />Think of:<br />Slide share<br />Blog posts<br />Videos<br />Pictures<br />E-newsletters<br />Events<br />Twitter Chat<br />Facebook Q&A<br />

Add in some guerilla marketing<br />This is where you can really go crazy<br />Think of how people use stuff that is related to your company<br />How can you play on that use<br />How can you inundate the community with your product<br />How can your product solve a problem<br />Again, go crazy and be brave<br />

Participate in Trade Shows, Events, Community<br />Have interactive ability at your booth<br />TwitterFountain<br />Twitter Meetup<br />Interview people at your booth on video – share it live!<br />Computer/iPad for people to interact with you online from your booth<br />QR code fun<br />Contact vCard on nametag<br />Use them on print material specific to event – ie landing page for white paper specific to needs of target consumer or your mobile app<br />Include QR code and Twitter Meetup info in your sponsorship spot in program<br />

If you host a conference<br />You can do all that I just mentioned and…<br />Offer free registration, ½ off registration, etc to video contest winners…your attendees become your marketing and PR<br />Put the conference agenda on your mobile app<br />Make the sponsorship benefits highly social and interactive (this can pay for your marketing)<br />Assign a hashtag to the event and publicize it<br />Create a “street team” of attendees who are willing to drive the Twitter conversation<br />
  12. 12. Host Webinars<br />Make them valuable – but make them want more from you…<br />Make them free but do collect name, email, and ask if they are a decision maker regarding purchasing your product<br />Integrate a Twitter chat into the webinar<br />Follow up with all attendees<br />
