After conducting a search on LinkedIn.com, you can transfer into Recruiter Lite from your search results page. Begin your search by typing the job title or relevant keywords into the search field. For this example, imagine a healthcare company in Chicago is searching for anew Director of Social Media Marketing. Ideally, they’d like someone experienced with the relevant platforms and tools to optimize their effort in generating more sales leads. Marketing Manager

For our search, let’s zero in on LinkedIn members who live in the Chicago area with experience in healthcare.   15. 15. You can conduct Boolean searches with Recruiter Lite. Use quotes to search for specific phrases, and use words such as AND, OR, and NOT to further refine the talent pool. Here, we have specified “social media” in addition to “marketing manager”. Our results have been narrowed down to around 700 highly qualified candidates from our initial list of over 4 million.
