3. Presentation Ortuella is a town and municipality located in the province of Biscay , in the Autonumous of Basque Country, northern Spain. Ortuella bordered to the north and Portugalete Santurce, Galdames the south, east to the Valley and west Trapagaran Abanto-Zierbena.
4. History Ortuella's origins are attached to the town of Santurce, which was part until 1901. Mount Triano was known for its richness in iron.
