2. Introduction
• For the exposure and to get better knowledge
of real world, college or University provide
various programs and it is called as
educational tour.
• Education tour helps to sharpen the student
knowledge as well as to understand the
various socio-economic and socio-cultural
aspect of Country.
3. Things required:- Before going to tour student
have to prepare the following things
1. Student should have to arrange pocket money in
more amount. If you want to visit different parts
of India also than please arrange Indian currency.
2. Keep your Nepali citizenship and also student id
card of college with you. If you don’t have make
it.
3. Arrange medicine who have vomiting problem,
headache problem and diarrhea problem.
4. Arrange cloths, sun-glass, camera, sweater,
jackets, small blanket (for cold season) etc.
4. • Please arrange four multi plug so that you can
charge mobile phone or camera in the middle.
• Please arrange pen drive, data card and keep
different songs in different pen drive. For eg if
you like classic song keep in one , if you like hard
rocking keep in other and English in other pen
drive and so on.
• If there is TV in bus you can also take movie to
see in the middle.
• Try to buy fast food or packed food like biscuits ,
noodles, kurkure at your home place. It cost
more in middle.
5. Basic Rules of the Tour
• Students once who have gone for the tour they
cannot meet the relatives, friends or cant stay with
there relatives house. If they want this please
inform to the college before going to tour. In the
middle don’t ask to tour coordinator. No
permission is granted.
• In the tour Veg Food will be available.
• Please speak in very soft or polite language with
your sir and other bus staff also.
• In tour there will be chain of command . You all
student have to follow it. If there is any problem
than the decision given by tour coordinator is the
final decision.
6. • Alcoholism and other non eatable things are
strictly banned in tour.
• You have to walk in group in the tour.
• In the visiting site you teacher will let you free by
giving time. You have to enter the bus as
prescribed time. If you don’t come in time action
will be taken.
• In the road , there may be problem of food . The
food will not be like home food so please
compromise it. Use contingency theory of
management in the middle.
• For girls , please donot spend 2 hours on your
makeup. So please take cloth like jeans – thsirt ,
kurtasurwal.
7. About Industry Visit
• Generally it is seen that the college sends the student to
visit Industry without prior Information to the industry,
later the Industry doesn’t allow us to visit. This creates
problem to the tour coordinator because of student’s
aggressiveness or bad words, so the college management
has to take pre information to various industry.
• If we visited industry its ok. You have to make report of
the visited Industry.
• If the college has not taken the permission and has gone
to visit the industry but later if industry does not allow us,
students have to consider it. They should not blame to
tour coordinator.
8. About Financial
• Keep bill of everything what you pay. Ask the
bill with vendor, hotels , etc. Bill should be in
written form.
• The decision given by the tour head or
coordinator is the final decision regarding
hotel , food and other snacks.
