11. My Mission as MTT The Problem Defined – The education system in America is not allowing our students to be prepared to meet their future needs as problem solving, information organizing, creative, and global self taught learners.
12. My Mission as MTT What I am going to do- My mission and goal as an MTT is to educate educators in my community about the issue at hand and together empower one another to prepare our children for their futures as life long learners.

My Mission as MTT How I am going to do this- I plan to accomplish my goal by educating co-workers through a campus initiative of online collaboration and communication, staff development, and support of administration to promote a healthy working environment that encourages effective technology integration into each and every classroom.
