The Australian School of Business technology enabled "flipped classrooms" replaces traditional lectures with technology-driven activity, and creates opportunity for students to engage in problem solving, team work and active group learning in class time. I co-designed and administered the first wave of economics classes when the flipped classroom was rolled out in 2014. My focus was on facilitating workshop-style classes that teach economic principles through engaging games and activities (e.g., simulating markets, production lines, and competing businesses).
