Summary: What worked and what could be better:
You slides are Excellent and they do a good job on their own. Nice choice of background. You really need to use Notes to some degree augment your analysis and insights. Your slides need takeaways. Architecture slide is one of the better interpretations in the class. Good use of presentation and graphics. Consider reordering the message into a logical sequence. The story is best told in a sequence other than the way the questions are presented. Last slide is the best all around.

The elements that made up the Enterprise Architecture at Wyeth.
Wyeth’s executed the Kotter change management model well as they saw a sense of urgency for change. Set a goal to which path they want the company to grow towards. Communicated their vision and the returns paid off as the company grew exponentially. Their RSCs concept was very smart and I would of pursued the same process as they needed to separate IT support between regions. The Global Data Warehouse was one of the most significant IT contributions to the change management as it linked all their businesses and processes together.
