house, Stationary Longshot as the
suspectsandmain characters enter the
scene.
2 Medium
Longshot-
Stationary
Outside House Followed by another similar long shot
however it then pans left as the
characters get to the entrance of the
house(murder scene)
3 Close up shot-
camera moving
closer to the
window
Outside House Then a close up shot of the camera
slowly getting closer to the window as
it will then effectively go through the
window introducing the Murder
location.
4 High angle shot-
Stationary
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
Then a High angle stationary shot of
the victim tied in the room this will
show the weakness of the character
setting the scene for the murder.
5 Close up- Pan up Bedroom/ Murder
scene
Thisis thenflowedbya close up shot it
pans up from the victim’s feet to his
head to allow the audience to know
that he is in trouble.
6 Medium
Longshot-
Stationary
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
This will then follow to a Stationary
Medium longshot of the suspect
walkingupthe stairsfrom behind to go
and see the tied up victim.
7 Extreme close
up- Stationary
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
There will thenbe aclose up stationary
shot of the suspect’s feet walking up
the stairs to make the scene more
exciting, and this will also help set the
suspense.
8 Close up- Pan
Down
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
Then a close up shot will occur and the
camera will pan down and then a hand
of one of the suspect’s hands will be
shown opening the door to suggest
they are entering the murder scene.
9 Long Shot-
Stationary
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
Thena longstationaryshotwill be used
and this will show the suspects
surrounding the victim making them
know that the victim is powerless and
the suspects are dominant.
10 Close up- Pan
Right
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
Then a close up shot will be used. The
camera will pan right and then one of
the suspects will slap the victim
showing that it’s not going well and
bad events are not long going to
follow.
11 Point of view
shot- Stationary
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
The a pointof view shotwill be used of
one of the suspects pointing at the
other suspects showing him that he is
more superior than the others making
themfeel alittle smallerthanhimashe
acts like a boss character.
12 Medium Shot-
Pan down
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
This will then follow with a medium
shotof the waistto headsof one of the
suspectsbehind the victim talking into
his ear Making him feel small and
intimidated.The camerawill pan down
from the celling to the characters.
13 Close up Low
angle- Stationary
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
This will then follow with a close up
stationary low angle shot of the victim
withthe suspects holding a gun to h9is
head. The use of the Low angle shot
will show his danger and weakness.
14 Medium
Longshot-
Stationary
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
Then a stationary medium longshot of
one of the looking out the window
checking the atmosphere. This will be
to show that one of the suspects isn’t
as confident and happy about what
they are doing.
15 Low Angle Shot-
Stationary
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
Thenanotherlow angle stationary shot
of the suspect again however then he
will be shot through the head. The low
angle also suggesting the powerless
character.
16 Medium
Longshot- Pan up
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
This will then follow with a medium
long shot panning up from the suspect
that shot the victim’s feet to his head
where he will then tell the other
suspects they need to leave. The pan
up will effectivelyshow hisdominance.
17 Low angle-
Following
Bedroom/ Murder
scene
Thena low angle shotwill be usedsand
the camera will follow the characters
as the walkdown the stairs as theyflee
the murder scene.
18 Longshot- Pan
right
Outside House I will then use a medium shot and the
camera will pan right from outside the
house to the Front door as they will
then come through the door. The pan
right should emphasise their speedy
escape.
19 Medium
Longshot- Pan up
Meeting room Then a medium longshot will be used
and the camera will pan up and reveal
the suspects sat round a table as they
are planning how they are going to get
out of the trouble they are now in.
20 Point of view-
Stationary
Meeting room Then I will use a Point of view shots of
one of the suspects looking at a piece
of paper that states all the procedures
they will do to escape.
21 Close up- Pan
right
Meeting room Then a pan right close up of the main
suspect( the one whole shotthe victim)
will be used as he will then say
‘Goodnight’ This will then be a cliff
hanger for the audience making then
intriguedandwantto watchthe film to
see what happens next.
