I worked with Jeff Vander Grinten in his sales role at Badgerland Supply from the inception
of their DePere, Wisconsin location. Throughout the 3 years that I worked with Jeff, I
watched him steadfastly build the business and increase Chicago Metallic metal ceilings and
suspension systems sales from the ground up. In fact, in that time period, Jeff ’s sales efforts
resulted in sales that surpassed the sales of the other Badgerland’s well established
locations, including their Madison headquarters.
Doing business with Jeff was a pleasure. He thinks very strategically with a long term focus
and does business with a “Win-Win” attitude. He brings value to all parties involved. He is
knowedgeable, he is fair, he is honest and committed. Jeff is reliable and consistent. He is
