  • Let me introduce myself, I am Janna Hoiberg a Business and Executive Coach. I has been coaching business, executives, customers and employees for many years and with ActionCOACH since 2008. Every athlete achieves more through coaching. Every business achieves more through coaching.
  • What is the true value of a business coach? A good coach will challenge you, they will push you to the next level that you didn’t think was possible. A good coach will help you get out of your comfort zone. They will help you see a different picture than what is directly in front of you. With my clients, they have an idea where they want to take their business and they want the best route to get there. That routing helps them achieve more revenue and profits
  • Have you ever had someone point out something to you that made a huge difference in your life? Do you have people around you that will listen – truly listen and not make judgments in the process. My greatest joy is listening to clients and they work through opportunities or challenges. They mere art of having a mentor listen provides the true clarity of the situation they are facing.
  • Do you have a written plan for where your business will be in 5 years, 3 years, 90 days. This isn’t a pie in the sky plan, but a detailed working document that lives and breathes and provides the guidance and clarity required to move your business forward.   • Yes, a coach is a good thing, so why me as your coach? What makes me different is 25 years of running businesses. I have been the Sales Manager, the CFO, Operations Manager, General Manager, Director of Marketing. I know what it is like to grow business. Also, I get results with my clients. The running joke with clients is that I use a baseball bat during coaching. That isn’t true, however I do hold them accountable. They need to get results, they need to do things they have never done before, in ways they have never gone. You can’t sit back and wait for customers to walk through your door to build the business that YOU want.
  • The real reason to use me as your coach is for results. There are many coaches. What makes me different is that I have walked in the shoes of a business owner. I have made the hard decisions, been close to closing more than one business and grown others quickly. Results are the only reason to evaluate a coach.
