Our society complains of hard problems such as 20% of youth
are unemployed, the trashes, garbage in all our streets, inflation
in our national currency, high pollution rates due to dark clouds,
wasting great natural resources……….. Etc
Here we have made a business plan to help in solving these
problems ,hoping our plan appeal to you.
The plan depends on recycling the trashes from scratch and
gradually increase the activity until get new products with high
quality in minimum cost.

In our plan we will begin from scratch with very little money as a start, then
we will update our plan according to the revenues, so we will develop it from
the revenues.
we plan also to provide 10 jobs in the first stage, and about 50-60 jobs in the
final stage.
Our far plan will provide organic fertilizers which will help to get healthy
food, so reduce the escalating rates of cancers caused by other types of
fertilizers.
The plan includes providing new techniques to get renewable energies from
sewages, manures,… etc

It depends on renting land about one acre to collect the trashes on it
Renting cars to collect the trashes from streets
Buying boxes and spread it in the main streets in the city to collect the
trash
These boxes will be separated according to its colors into many types, so
that primary separation can happen such as ( papers, glasses, plastic
bottles, ,biomass …… etc)
We will spread new types of plastic bags with different colors and give
them to citizens , so primary separation will happen.

After one year of our project , we will have enough revenue
to buy cars, buy one acre of the land.
we will continue in our project ,but increase the activity until
beginning to cover new governorates near to my governorate.
And will continue on the same strategy until get enough capital
to begin new stage in project.
We will found production line to begin the second stage
which depends on grinding the plastics, cans , converting them
to chips

We will buy grinding machines for plastics, cans ,..etc and separate them
into small chips ,so we can sell them into plastics factories with higher
prices
Price will be more than double the first price, so this will help us to
increase cars, take new contract with new governorates, provide more
opportunities ….. Etc

We will begin to buy new land with larger area and begin to take the rest
of food, burry it in the land to get new organic fertilizers, which will help
us to have more revenue.
This will help to cultivate new land with fresh, healthy food

After three years of our project we will begin to found gas
plants by making pipes to take sewage, separate stool,
manure from water in big vessel under ground , adding some
chemicals to it so reactions will happen and get Methane gas
which can be used to generate electricity and help us to
operate the grinding machines and provide the cost of
electricity used in operating them.

The rest of stole, manure in the fourth stage will be taken to
treat the rice straw and convert it into organic fertilizers
This will happen by covering these materials with plastic
sheet, so insulation of oxygen occurs and the reaction
happens, so the rice straws will be converted into natural
fertilizers.

After five years, we will begin to operate complicated
technology to convert the rice straw into biofuel ( bio
ethanol)
This technology depends on converting the cellilosious
materials in straw into sugar which is fermented and then
converted into bio-diesel which is used in different medical
applications, transport ……… etc
This experiment is applied in Brazil , so we can get it from
there.
