608th Aur Operations Center (AOC). Developed and directed conventional & nuclear operations policy
& guidance to support National objectives and Combatant Commander’s contingency plans. Chaired 20
person, cross-functional team from 10 directorates to identify and solve AOC weapons system issues.
o Led 20 member Weapon’s System Team to integrate $2.5 M Communication & Control
program modernization; improved battle management across the 96 B-2/B-52 aircraft fleet.
o Directed department of defense resources & readiness program to meet 100% reporting requirements and
oversaw program operational memorandum for two squadrons, saving .9M yearly.
o Selected to brief AFGSC/CC on five new command requirements; C2 system matter expert.

Commanded, supervised and led 23 personnel from 15 different specialties in employment of the $330
million E-3 Airborne warning and control system. Responsible for E-3 mission accomplishment, utilized
onboard electronic/communication/surveillance equipment. Served as airborne mission/battle crew
commander in support of Joint Chief of Staff directed composite force and joint service operations.
Maintained status for worldwide deployment and performed an additional duty as a operations supervisor.
Led a team of 60 during an exercise as deployed director of operations. Launched 19 missions, providing
command and control to over 879 aircraft and facilitated training to over 3,000 personnel.

Participated in overseas exercise, directing over 160 aircraft from seven nations.o
Led a team of six during a six day fleet synthetic training joint exercise, preparing the USS
George H.W. Bush carrier strike group for contingency operations. Awarded Meritorius Service Medal.

Assistant Chief of Staff 128th Airborne Command and Control Squadron
• Assisted the Chief of Staff for distributing and developing executive/management policies for 210
members. Supported 14 Air Force and Army specialties performing quality control checks on all
documents. Coordinated inputs for group, wing and command level taskings ensuring quality and
timelines met. Maintained combat status as a surveillance officer in the $366M E-8 JSTARS aircraft.
o Directed 41 sorties, yielding 680 hours supporting 78 Army operations with 98% objectives met.
o Led 12 airmen in development and execution of $6.7M flying hour program. Awarded Air Medal.

for operations readiness, squadron scheduling, training, weapons and tactics, and command and control

o Commander for 2,348 sorties in 9 peninsula wide exercises, flawless management of US flying policy.

Guided development of new battle control system, Korea. Created procedure/lesson plan, ensured
employment and combat readiness of USAF's newest battle management crew technician positions.

Responsible to Commander, Air Combat Command for operations, logistics, maintenance, training and
combat support of E-8 Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System command and control aircraft
supporting combatant commanders. Provided combat ready theater battle management forces at the
direction of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Operated and supported those forces worldwide, ensured combat
capability for all operations.
o
Radar expert, guaranteed commanders’ objectives met in two theaters, supported coverage of 13,200
troops in Operations in support of the global war on terror. Awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
o Awarded #1 surveillance officer; #2 of 22 majors; #1 choice for assistant director of operations.
UNITED STATES AIR FORCE• Air Combat Command, Bossier City, Louisiana•1998 – 2002 Chief,
Theater Air Control System Radar Branch • Headquarters 8th Air Force Stanardization & Evaluation

Provided combat ready air forces and deployed warfighting staff functions to combatant commanders
and theater commanders in chief. Evaluated the effectiveness of unit standardization and evaluation
programs, operational employment procedures and aircrew/radar training for all 8th AF active duty
and ARC-gained units. Assessed the capability of 8 AF units to accomplish their assigned mission.
o Maintained currency as commands only qualified radar evaluator for 40 active and reserve
component units; selected five times to augment ACC, 9th & 12 AF evaluation teams.
o
Led a pace of visiting 17 active and guard units in 12 months, including 10 flying units;
augmented during 8 Formal and 5 Staff Assist Visits. Awarded Air Force Commendation Medal.
o
Selected by deputy commander to be his interim executive officer during office move and renovation;
handpicked by 8AF/CC to emcee/run his Christmas Party during two consecutive years in office.
