Europeana Project Shift Plan • Important to continue and preserve the work carried out by the projects during 2-3 years • Needed a plan that addressed specifically content, partnerships, knowledge once a project ends • Project Shift Plan – The three scenarios – Surveys – A triangle collaboration between project partners, project coordinator and Europeana
  • 5. Consultation and Surveys A core group of projects was consulted in the development of the Project Shift Plan in 2011: Elocal (Mary/Rob/Runar/Olga), Athena (Maria-Teresa) EU Screen (Johan Oomen), Carare (Stuart Jeffery & Henrik Jarl Hansen) EFG (Georg Eckes and Kerstin Herlt) Use cases; EuropeanaLocal (ending May 2011) Athena (ended April 2011)
