• Used Symantec Ghost for deployment of OS/Image/Company data foot print on new or
repaired desktops.
• Successfully written multiple programs that have enhanced property management, billing
and asset allocation.
• Successfully implemented a solution for the mobile workforce enabling them to turn in
mandatory reports to the State of Michigan and different organs in a timely manner while
reducing the mileage costs to the agency. This solution had an ROI within three months
of its deployment
• Successfully deployed Meraki wireless access points in a number of locations.
• Successfully planed, run and terminated Cat 5e data drops, patch panels, and patch
cables.
• Successfully oversaw and worked in tandem with outside vender for server upgrades.
The project scope covered setting up a Hyper –V environment with fail over cluster
management that hosted MS Exchange 2013, as well as DHCP, DNS , file and print
services and Active Directory. This project was completed a head of schedule and
$13,000.00 under budget.
