The document discusses CICLOPS, a web-based tool that supports lean construction and last planner methods. CICLOPS allows project stakeholders online access to review weekly work plans and monitor performance. It also facilitates weekly production control meetings, led by the site manager, where the project team reviews non-completions and sets targets for the following week. The goal is to reinforce collaboration, seek commitment from all parties, and foster trust throughout the construction process.

Weekly Production Control Meeting - provide the forum for a full review of the
weekly work plans, which subsequently creates a ‘programme’ of work activities
for the forthcoming week.
Without the meeting there is no assurance the parties would communicate to
this degree and produce a team ethic, which assists in the promotion of
productivity and a respect for those within the team.
It involves the Last Planners - the final link in the planning chain, he or she is
responsible for day to day activities and therefore directly in control of
production. Chaired by the site/project manager it involves the whole supply
chain.
CICLOPS agenda: 1. Performance review.
2. Review non-completions and reason.
3. Targets for next week (overall status and key issues).
4. Weekly work plans (each supplier).
