  4. 4. Different Media • Play- Hansel and Gretel By:Engelbert Humperdinck (1854-1921) • Movies- Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters • Books that has told different versions of the story. Sunday, April 14, 13
  5. 5. Changes in Story • There are many different versions of the Hansel and Gretel story. There are kid versions than there are remakes for a more adult audience. This story is a very popular kids story so when it had an adult spin to it it make it even more interesting with great action scenes. Sunday, April 14, 13
  6. 6. Elements Lost or Gained • In my opinion I feel the story did not lose the element in which the story was told. The children’s version will always be around. I feel when they made a version more for adults it would remind us of the childhood story we all heard but to see it on an adult level made me love the story even more. Sunday, April 14, 13
  7. 7. Different Cultures • I think the fantasy of the story draws different cultures to it. No matter what version you hear or see imagining being there makes it a great fantasy story. Sunday, April 14, 13
