Optical shaft measurement
Optical post-process manual and in-line automatic PLC shaft measurement systems
for precise, split second acquisition of length, geometric, form and positional feature
measurements.
Manual X,Y table top form measurement
Menu-guided, manual centering and leveling of the workpiece and continuously
adjustable measurement speed with a 300mm vertical adjustment axis helps ensure
the F50 delivers accuracy, maximum flexibility and easy operation.
Mobile roughness measurement
Portable roughness systems from the all-in-one W5, to the industry leading wireless
W10. These systems are capable of a wide range of skidded measurement tasks, with
an extensive array of probes and accessories, delivering shop floor QC lab capability.
Skidless mobile roughness measurement
The W20 uses a skidless probe system, with motorized advance/retract capabilities, to
deliver precision roughness, waviness and profile parameter evaluation anywhere on
the shop floor.
Roughness and contour measurement with maximum precision
The Nanoscan 855 series measuring instrument combines roughness and contour
measurements, using a single probe, all in one complete measuring pass. This helps
deliver significant accuracy and unparalelled flexibility over a large range of surface
metrology measurement tasks, including CNC mode.
Contour measurement systems
The T8000 series measuring instruments are designed for demanding tasks in func-tional
roughness metrology using a modular design concept. Roughness and contour
systems can both be used depending on the measuring task, work piece geometry
and access to the measurement location. Completely automated measurements can
be achieved in CNC mode.
Ultimate Form measurement flexibility with optional roughness
The F series form systems deliver precision measurement of all form and positional
workpiece features. Ranging from compact desktop systems, to fully integrated
ergonimic stations, these systems guarantee maximum precision over a wide range of
applications. Add on optional surface and waviness measurements help these systems
deliver the ultimate in flexibility.
The ultimate in combined form and roughness measurement flexibility
The roundscan form and roughness measurment system can be configured, depen-ding
on the measuring task, to create the optimum measurement environment. The
innovative FT3 probing system enables measurements with two different stylus tips:
ruby ball for form and diamond tip for roughness, capable of switching on the fly
between form and roughness during the CNC routine.
