2. 2 Rationale for Grant Allocation Leverage Grant Funding to Encourage Positive Behavior in our SITES program – Our major hope is that these funds will encourage greater participation by K-12 students, HSCC alumni, volunteers and chapters in the SITES program. We want to increase the number of students impacted by SITES in 2011, as well as increase the breadth of experiences offered to the students. This grant allocation will be administered jointly by National BDPA VP-Member Services and BETF Executive Director.
