• Acquire 10 lakh rupees in cash
• Acquire land on lease basis
• Acquire tractors, pumps and harvesting
machines on lease basis
• Acquire labour
• Acquire fertilizers
• Acquire seeds
• Get our legal requirements
4. • Cultivation for 3 times in a year
• Ravi crop kharif crop and to cultivate dal in
between to increase the nitrogenous
component of the soil

5. • Description-we are acquiring this land on lease basis. However the
present cost of acquiring 2 and a half bighas is around Rs. 8000. so what we can
do after calculating the total amount required for leasing we can divide it into half
and pay 40% in the beginning and the pay the rest in 3 quarterly installments
• the total amount required for land leasing is Rs. 320000
• Now we will pay 128000 at the beginning and rest we will pay in 3 installments as
64000 each . We will also add up Rs. 3500 as interest
• Now leasing of tractors costs around Rs. 1000 per 2 and a half bigha which sums
up the money as 250000. we need tractors for only 3 times . while sowing the
seeds. So if we divide it in three equals it comes upto 80000 per interval
• In the same way irrigation pumps costs around Rs. 4000 per two and a half bigha
for 3 months 16000. Availability of water is plenty in that area due to the location
of a river. Water tax is provided for using the water for irrigation
• pesticides cost around Rs. 400 for 2 and a half bighas
• Fertilizers around about Rs. 750 to 1000 for 2 and a half
• Labour Rs. 125 per monday
• Other equipments to be purchased is around Rs. 75000 for harvesting
