•  Completely organic boutique bakery focusing on
Sweets, Treats, Breads, & Personalized Customer Service
•  Located in Knoxville, TN (Bearden Hill)
•  We are planning to employ around 11
•  1000 sq. ft. space: includes two kitchens, two
commercial ovens, six mixing stations, and spacious
store space to accommodate at least 25 customers at
once
•  Weekly grocery delivery via WildFlour membership
•  Drive through order pick up
•  Coffee shop helps to promote additional cash flow and
help with offsetting start up cost
