How the Session will progress
The participants will be expected to solve Case Studies during practice session and also as Homework and make presentations all through the workshop
The participants learn & apply tools of lean ,at every stage, as they move through the rounds of simulations.( Apply concept of Waste reduction in Round 2 and Apply Flow , Pull and Mistake proofing tools in Round 3).
The session will also be supported by Group exercises to strength the learning.
The session would be supported by Audio-Visual aids and will follow “Learning by Doing”
