Satish, the property manager sees the issue on his dashboard applica-
tion on desktop. He assigns plumber Harish.
Prasad gets a notification that his issue has been assigned to Harish
Plumber Harish fixes the problem . Satish informs Prasad, updates the
status of issue

Resident Karthik wants to rent out
his house. So he wants to the
apartment maintenance guys to
put it on notice board and also in-
form if any enquiries come.
Satish, the property manager sees the advertisement on his dashboard
application and puts it on notice board,
Karithik gets a notification that his house was advertised for rent on
notice board
Satish informs Karthik when his tenant moves in and, updates the
status of the request.

tenance of ‘A’ block eleva-
tor.
Satish adds a notification to Breeze desktop application and
chooses to send the notification to “A” block residents.1
All the residents receive notifications on their smart phones in Breeze

The lift maintenance is completed. Satish sends another notification to
inform all the residents.3

to invite all the residents.
