2. David was an attorney. When his girlfriend Rachael became pregnant, David tried to hire a "hit man" to kill Rachael and the unborn child. The hit man turned out to be a police officer. David was convicted of two counts of solicitation of murder and sentenced to a long prison term. (He was disbarred, of course.) The baby was born and Rachel seeks an award of child support from the now-imprisoned David. David responds that he has no income in prison and no way to earn any. Should the judge enter an order for child support against David? Mascola v. Lusskin, 727 So. 2d 328 (Fla. Ct. App. 1999). See also McCall v. Martin, 34 So. 3d 121 (Fla. Ct. App. 2010)..
