Introduction
E-governance enables citizens to access government services and
information through the use of internet or mobile phones.
It is the use of modern information and technologies such as internet,
local area networks and mobile phones by governments to improve
effectiveness, efficiency for service delivery and to promote democracy.

E-Governance is defined as the use of electronic methods.
The interaction between government-to-citizens and government-to-
businesses, as well as in internal government operations to simplify and
improve democratic, government and business aspect of Governance.
The term interaction stands for the delivery of government product and
service exchange of information, communication, transactions and
system integration.

The primary goal of G2C is to offer a variety of ICT service to citizens.
Examples of G2C are payment of utility bills.

It is an internal part of G2E.
It is the lest sector of G2E.
It includes online conference for employee, online training and employee
informations.
