12. Seed Business Definition
According to this ACT
Any commercial operation of seed
involving production, processing,
Conditioning, Packing, Distribution,
Importand Export of Seed.
Seed Dealers: Any register person or
intitute involve in the dealing and
sales of seed.

13. Conduct Pre-Registration
Conduct pre-registration checking of the crop or fields of varieties of
both public and private sectors for the purpose of registration and
Marketing.

a plant variety or hybrid

19. DUTY OF SEED INSPECTOR
A Seed inspector within the area for
which he is appointed Inspect and take
sample of any seed labelled inlisted
variety or species of hybrid seed from
any person or dealers who is involve in
selling and Business of Seed and send
for analysis to the Agriculture Labs.

20. Authorized Dealership
Any person or the company who is
officially
registered and allowed to sale and deals
