Prepping and Mashing my first brew of a Belgian Blonde.

3. Setting up the bar for the fermenter. Those green bottles will be used to age this batch, thanks to my friend Maria.

4. Setting up my sterilization tub for the bottles. Bleach solution is a brewer’s best friend.

5. The system. Thanks to Rich, my neighbor, we use a crawfish boiler platform.

6. Robert and Hansel, my two Czech buddies over Mardi Gras weekend. They gave lots of moral support for the brew.
