This document provides an overview of Ejada's fixed scope offering for implementing Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Talent Management. The implementation scope includes setting up core HCM functionality like personnel administration, social networking, and absence management within 14 weeks. It also includes configuring talent management modules like goal management, performance management, and talent review within another 14 weeks. The implementation will use Oracle's rapid implementation methodology and predefined templates and configurations to deploy a working system quickly. Ejada will be responsible for setup, data loading, testing, and transition to production while the client will provide resources, finalize agreements, and complete assigned tasks. Additional services like customizations or integrations are not included in the fixed scope.

Client Project Sponsor should be assigned with sufficient
authority to decide/solve issues addressed by the project
management team to drive the project to mission goals

Project steering committee will comprise members of client
senior management. This committee functions as the highest decision-maker for the
project. As such, it represents business management ownership of the project, and is
responsible for ensuring that the project delivers its goals and benefits

Client Project Manager will be the single point of contact for Ejada team for inputs
from Client. He will be responsible for coordinating with client stakeholders and
organize all the logistics for successful delivery of the project. He will work jointly with
