The Fusion Applications FSO is designed for customers who want to get up and
running with Fusion Applications quickly and efficiently:
 Setup and deployment of an agreed set of Fusion modules for the purchased
Fusion application each having a specific scope:
• Defined data loads
• Set of functional process flows
• Parameters for extensibility
 Fully provisioned and working production instance, ready to use in weeks rather
than months
 Implemented using Oracle’s Rapid Implementation Methodology for faster

The standard FSO implementation is based on the following key assumptions:
• Oracle’s OUM for Cloud Implementation Approach will be used for the
implementation
• The implementation is based on the Cloud deployment model, hosted at
Oracle
• Standard and predefined product setup will be used except as noted in
scope sections
• Any changes to scope or implementation variables will be handled
through the project change control process

• No Customization, only custom configuration within the standard system
• System testing will be limited to only those items included in this scope of
work.

Responsibilities

• Client Project Sponsor
Client Project Sponsor should be assigned with sufficient
authority to decide/solve issues addressed by the project
management team to drive the project to mission goals
• Steering Committee
Project steering committee will comprise members of client
senior management. This committee functions as the highest decision-maker for the
project. As such, it represents business management ownership of the project, and is
responsible for ensuring that the project delivers its goals and benefits
• Client Project Manager
Client Project Manager will be the single point of contact for Ejada team for inputs
from Client. He will be responsible for coordinating with client stakeholders and
organize all the logistics for successful delivery of the project. He will work jointly with
Ejada Project Manager to coordinate day to day project tasks and activities
Project Team Structure - Client
• Ejada Project Manager
Ejada Project Manager shall be the single point of contact for
the client for any issues relating to the delivery of services.
He shall be responsible for the day-to-day Ejada
implementation activities. He will manage Ejada resources on
the project and keep the Steering Committee appraised of
the progress. Ejada consultants will report to Ejada Project
Manager
• Ejada Functional Consultant
Ejada Functional Consultant is product and implementation
expert in his specific functional areas. He has skills and
expertise in Taleo implementation and also have
understanding of business process. He will work with client
team as “one team” to achieve success for this project and to
understand and configure Taleo to meet client business
requirements
Project Team Structure - Ejada
• Finalize License Agreements with Oracle
• Get environment ready from Oracle prior to implementation start
• Arrange project sponsor and steering committee
• Assign project manager to lead client efforts
• Business Process owners are available for the project
• Perform assigned project tasks according to project plan
• Process standardization should be ready prior to implementation
• Decisions and feedbacks will be given without unnecessary delay
• Provide deliverables sign off within agreed time frame
• Provide project work rooms and related furnishings/equipments
• Ejada will have access to the client key users and project team throughout the
project lifecycle to complete the project on time
• Accept that part of the work performed by Ejada Consulting will not be on-site

Key Assumptions The standard FSO implementation is based on the following key assumptions: • Oracle’s OUM for Cloud Implementation Approach will be used for the implementation • The implementation is based on the Cloud deployment model, hosted at Oracle • Standard and predefined product setup will be used except as noted in scope sections • Any changes to scope or implementation variables will be handled through the project change control process

  • 38. • Client Project Sponsor Client Project Sponsor should be assigned with sufficient authority to decide/solve issues addressed by the project management team to drive the project to mission goals • Steering Committee Project steering committee will comprise members of client senior management. This committee functions as the highest decision-maker for the project. As such, it represents business management ownership of the project, and is responsible for ensuring that the project delivers its goals and benefits • Client Project Manager Client Project Manager will be the single point of contact for Ejada team for inputs from Client. He will be responsible for coordinating with client stakeholders and organize all the logistics for successful delivery of the project. He will work jointly with Ejada Project Manager to coordinate day to day project tasks and activities Project Team Structure - Client

He shall be responsible for the day-to-day Ejada implementation activities. He will manage Ejada resources on the project and keep the Steering Committee appraised of the progress. Ejada consultants will report to Ejada Project Manager • Ejada Functional Consultant Ejada Functional Consultant is product and implementation expert in his specific functional areas. He has skills and expertise in Taleo implementation and also have understanding of business process.
