COUNTRY LOCATION
Myanmar is well located to cater the western continents countries, and the between the forthcoming economic giants India
and China. The upper north of Myanmar is located at the Himalaya Mountains where snows all year round and the southern
tip of Myanmar is next to Phuket and hundreds of islands is yet explored.
POLITICAL STRUCTURE
The country which had been under the rule of a military junta for decades and since 2012 when the market open to foreign investor, it
has held it first general elections on 8th
November 2015. The results gave the National League for Democracy an absolute majority of
seats in bother chambers of the national parliament, enough to ensure that its candidate would become president, while NLD leader
Aung San Suu Kyi is constitutionally barred from the presidency. The new parliament convened on 1st
February 2016 and on 15 March
2016, Htin Kyaw was elected as the first non-military president of the country since the military coup of 1962. On 6th
April 2016, Aung
San Suu Kyi assumed the newly created role of state counselor, a role akin to a Prime Minister.

ECONOMY
The last frontier as is called for Myanmar at a young but developing stage. Not only does the nation offer fertile and, bountiful
resources, and a strategic geographic location, but the Government is increasingly committed to encouraging foreign investment
through major economic and political reforms. The reform process began in 2011 and has successfully increased trade and FDI.
Although reforms have been successful in augmenting Myanmar’s economic growth and attracting foreign investment, the regulatory
environment remains complex. In 2012, Myanmar released the Myanmar Foreign Investment Law to address the rights and duties of
foreign investors. More recently, Myanmar has seen the passage of the Special Economic Zone Law which was passed in 2014,
offering numerous FDI incentives.

The primary language of Myanmar is Myanmar formerly known as Burmese. Corporate documents are acceptable in English.

INCORPORATION PROCEDURE (Foreign Company/Branch Office)
Step One
Provide us three Company name for name search availability and business description for the Myanmar Authority approval. For
Branch Office, the company name will be ended with (Branch Office).
Step Two
Sign and submit the application will be able to collect the Temporary Certificate of Incorporation and Form One 4 days later.
Step Three
With the Temporary Certificate of Incorporation, we immediately setup the company bank account for the remittance of capital
brought in capital 50,000 USD. You have the option to remit 25,000 USD within six months after the Temporary Certificate of
Incorporation is issued and the other half of 25,000 USD must be remitted within one year once the actual Certificate of
Incorporation is issued.
Step Four
Once the Capital is remitted, the Temporary Certificate of Incorporation will be converted to the actual Certificate of Incorporation is
valid for 5 years.
