2. Introduction:
In this portfolio report i will explain my SWOT Analysis to show my strengths &
weaknesses which have been explained in writing assignments through my studying
MBA program. Then I will talk about my career through posting the CV & writing
notes for my 30 second elevator pitch. Finally i will share my LinkedIn profile.
SWOT analyses:
I will explain my own skills during writing and the assignments in MBA course by
using SWOT analysis technique to identify my strengths and weaknesses and show
how these can be improved. I will use my feedbacks that given on the Practice
Report and how I will apply this to my assignments.
Strengths:
I am using my good skills on taking notes during lectures. I am always using
Classroom discussions as and asking questions, making groups, attend, good
listening.
I always write the important knowledge & information from tutors and share them
with my friends.
I am interested in reading stories, newspapers, and books.so that it help a lot in
study MBA.
Good skills in IT help me more in writing the assignment like development
programs, software and Microsoft etc.
Weaknesses:
I don’t have good time management in arranging the time to study.
I have some wrong spilling as while writing. Also I don’t have good skills in
preparation for the exam and the assignments.
Opportunity:
I have good opportunities while I am studding MBA course like, providing feedback &
getting more help from tutors and colleagues, Job experience and personal
development opportunities.
Threats:
There are many of threats that can impact on my studding MBA course like my work,
my family and Also the location of Majan University which is far from my house and
my work area.

Present Sohar Aluminium Company
The training coordinator in Sohar Aluminium manages and conduct
most of the training related to technical (mechanical and electrical).
His accountabilities entail the following:
Ensure training materials are prepared to meet company competency
Training requirements
Train SA employees in his/her discipline as required
Develop, prepare and provide written support materials for trainees
Conduct assessments in the Electrical areas
Conduct technical recruitment assessments for the Electrical areas
Provide feedback to trainees and key clients on trainee progress and

Carries out designing and fabrication of training equipment in the

Ensure the training facility is prepared and in a safe condition to

I am Yousuf Alsaadi .I am working in Sohar Aluminium which is one of the best
company in Oman as a training coordinator (Electrical and Instrumentation) with over
than 8 years competent professional experience in maintenance, Planning,
engineering HSSE, and Quality insurance and training. I have an engineering
diploma in electrical trade and continue studying master in business administration at
Bedfordshire University.
I have more than 15 overseas and local courses in trade and management
Professional and many courses in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
I am looking forward within next two year to be a Manager in my organization.
