check on projects progress

How to Use
Google Docs


You need to have a Google
Account


Open an Internet Browser


Go to http://docs.google.com

Sign Up for a Google Accoun
if you don’t have one yet

SIGN UP: Choose an Account


GMAIL is a Google Account.
If you have one use it to sign
in.


If you have existing EMAIL
,you can use it too.


If you choose GMAIL, complete
the information below


Once complete, use the sign
in details to sign in


Sign in Using your Google Account


Welcome to Your Google
Docs Dashboard


How to Create
a Document?


Click on Create

Click on Document

Start Typing Here

To Change the Title,
Click Untitled Document


Type The Title of the Document


Click on OK to save


Google Docs will usually save
automatically


Google Docs has 3 File
Sharing Options


Private – sharing to specific
people or to yourself only


Anyone with the link


Public on the Web


Choose which one you prefer
for a specific Document


Then Click on Save


How To Change File Sharing


Click on the Share button


This window will Pop-Up


The File Is Set to Private
Sharing by Default


Type the email-add of the
person to share it with


Click on Share & Save


You will get this confirmation
screen once shared


To share it to anyone with the
link


Click Share


Click Change


Select Anyone with the Link


Click on Save


To Publicly Share it to the
Web


Select Public on the Web

The people you share it with can
make comments too


Click comments


Start typing comments here


Or Make a Right click using your
mouse (Windows)


Click Comment


Type in Comments to the Box
