Enter your

Enter your
email address in the

Now check
your emails


You should see these

Open your Welcome
email


You’ll be given your login for  
your Account Management  
Panel (AMP)


Click the red button to
set your password


Type your new password


and click Submit


You can now log in to
your AMP


…with your username
and new password.

Go back to your
Welcome email.


Because WordPress
has been automatically
installed for you…

on your WordPress account


To access your
WordPress admin
dashboard

Click this link


You’ll then see this


Enter your username
and password


This was provided
in your
Welcome email


Tick Remember Me

then click Log In

Welcome to your
WordPress dashboard!

Some call this the
back-end or the
admin dashboard.


To change your
password…

go to
Users

click
Your Proﬁle

Scroll down and look for
Account Management

Click
Generate Password

You can use the
password generated

…or you can type your
own

Click Update Proﬁle
when you’re done

Open a new tab in your
browser and type your
domain name

Your blog is now live!

To change these…

Go back to your
dashboard

Go to
Appearance


Click
Customize


…then click
Site Identity


Type the
name of your
website in
the Site Title


Change  
the Tagline  
as well or
delete if
you don’t
have one


Upload an
image if you
already
have a site
icon


Click
Save &
Publish


Refresh your site to
reﬂect the changes

You can also change
the theme or design of
your blog

discussed in another
tutorial.

a post

In your dashboard,
click this

Or you can go to Post
and click Add New

Type the title of your
post here

Create the body of your
post here

…or just copy and
paste it if you’ve
already done it
somewhere.

Click here to preview
your post

…and here to publish it

Your post is now
reﬂected in your site
