Click “Get Started”

Create your Free Account

Fill in your Details

Click “Create My Account”

Congratulations!
You just created your Free Account

Click “Lets Set Up Your Store”

Welcome to Ecwid Dashboard

Click here to Add Products

Click here to Create your
Online Store

Click here to Customize your store
for Local market

Click here to Set Up Shipping

Click here to Set up Payment
Method

Click here to test your store

Click here to advertise your Store

This is your Store ID Number

You will need this to add
your store..

When you first open your
new store..

it’s populated with
sample products,
categories,
customers and orders

Lets Start Creating
Your Online Store

Click Create Store Icon

Click Yes if you already have a
website or Facebook Page

Click No if you don’t have a
website or Facebook Page

Lets create store in
Facebook Page

Click “Yes, I have a Website”

You will be directed to this page

Choose Facebook

Click Log In and Launch

A pop up window will appear

Login your Facebook Page

Click OK

Now, your Facebook account is
already added

Ecwid will show your Facebook
Pages

Select the Page you want the store
to be added

Click “Add Store”

Congratulations! The Store is now
added to the Facebook Page

To View the Store, Click
“Review your Facebook Store”

You will be redirected to your
FB Page

Your Online Store is now added in
your Facebook Page

Click “Proceed to Next Step”

The Create Store is now marked
completed

Add Products to Your
Store

Click the Product Icon

Enter Product Details

Click Product Image to Add
Pictures

Select image and Click “Open”

Click “Add More” to add More
Products

Enter Details and Add Picture

Once You’re done Adding all
Products, Click Save

Delete Products from
Your Store

Click “Catalog”

You can now view all the Products

Click “X” to delete a product

Click “ Yes”

Customize Store in
Your Local Market

Click Verify Geo Settings icon

Click ”Edit”

Select Your Country

Select Your Preferred Currency

Select Your Preferred
Measurement Unit

Click “Save”

You will be redirected to Set Up
Company Info

Fill in your Info

Click “Save”

Set Up
Shipping Method

Click Configure Shipping icon

You will be redirected to the
Set Up shipping Page

If you are selling digital products
or services, Click “Disable”

Click “Set up Shipping” if you
have Physical Products

You will be redirected to this Page

Click Set Custom Flat Rates to
Set Up Shipping Rate

For Shipment within your
Country, Select your Country

Input Shipping Rate

Click “Add New Rate” for Other
Region

Click “Proceed to Next Step”

Set Up
Payment Method

Click Get Paid Icon

You are now in the
Set Up Payment Page

For Beginners, it is advisable to set
Up a Paypal account

Input your Paypal Account

Click “Lets Go”

Click Advanced Payment Set Up to
add other Payment Options

You can now view other Payment
Method

Select and Click “Enable”

Once Done, Click “Lets Go”

Congratulations!
You are now done
setting Up Your Online Store

Now, Let’s try to Place
an Order

To test if the
Online Store is
fully functional

Click Place test Order Icon

Click “Place Test Order”

You will be redirected to your
FB Page

Click “Add to Bag”

Click “Go to Check Out”

These are your ordered items

This is your set up shipping rate

Proceed to Check Out

The customer will need to input
their shipping details

Click “Continue”

The customer will select their
Payment Method

Click “Continue”

You can now view the Order
Summary

And the Payment method

Customer can choose to Pay thru
Paypal or….

their Credit or Debit card

Once payment method is selected,
Click “Pay”

Congratulations!
The Store is now Up and
Running!

You can now
share the Good News
to Everyone!

Click the Share Icon

Click Facebook

A pop up window will appear

Post a message and Click “Post to
Facebook”

It is now posted in Facebook

Lets Check
your Facebook Page!

Go to your Facebook Page

Click “More” and “Products”

Your Online Store is
now fully functioning
in your
Facebook Page!
