A leader must have a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy. A major initiative by Dimitra Iordanoglou at the Leadership Skills and Emotional Intelligence Lab took place in May of 2018. In collaboration with IOM (International Organization of Migration) and a recent humanitarian fact, this of Refugee issue and hot spots, we visited the Thiva’s Hot Spot and became leaders for one day. We visited the area, we met some of the refugees and we splitted into 3 groups with ultimate goals: -To empower the refugee community through social media. -To learn to refugees basic platforms for creating their resumes and preparing properly for a job interview through the implementation of simulation interviews. -To use Web Radio as a medium of multicultural exchange.
