This document describes a new computing system that reduces costs through more bandwidth per dollar, simplified equipment, less maintenance needs, and a smaller footprint requiring far less power. It also offers expanded processing capabilities through an optional GPU module providing 3-6 teraflops of real-time computing power. The system provides high flexibility through a programmable FPGA card that can be programmed by the company or customers, and increases accuracy through a higher data rate, greater resolution, and less data compression.
