Powerless
When we feel powerless we show up powerless. We
feel less than. We make decisions to please others
and not ourselves. As a result, we settle in our
relationships, careers, etc. We try to be those square
pegs trying to squish ourselves into round holes.

How do you define "personal power?"
For example... Personal Power = my sense of self. How I feel
about me. Being authentic.

How do/will you know you're standing in your
power?
For example... I will feel in the flow and empowered! I will no
longer be a people pleaser saying, "yes" when I really need and
want to say "no".

13. The Mindset
Impact
Mindset is a lens, it impacts how we see ourselves,
the world around us, and the narrative we create. It
impacts our perceptions.
So, if you're feeling powerful, you'll see yourself as
powerful, which then plays a HUGE role in what you
feel you can do.
14. Let's Get
To Stepping
It's experiments time!! The purpose of
these experiments is to support you in
shifting your mindset from powerless to
powerful.
15. Choice: "What do I choose right now?" Or What do I
choose to believe?" Choice is a great way to
regain personal power. It's take the power away
from the negative mindset and places it back with
you.
Parameters: Come up with with 4 to 5 parameters
to use as a filter. So, before you do something you
can put it through the filters to make sure you'll
remain in a space of feeling powerful
Leveraging Learning: When a mistake is made,
rather than use is as a 2x4 to make you feel bad,
look for the learning. "What did I learn from this that
will support me going forward?"
16. Truth Seeking: When the powerless
feeling & negative mindset creeps in
and the narratives start ask, “What do I
know to be the truth?” or a variation of
that question. The key is creating
awareness around what’s fact vs.
fiction because our brains can’t tell the
difference without our guidance.
Using the “feelers”: Because our
mindset impacts how we feel and vice-
versa ask, “How do I want to feel right
now?” BUT and this is a BIG BUT don’t
try and go from one feeling extreme to
another because that often leads to
frustration.
