As a graduating nurse, I have been at a position of meeting with various patients during my
nursing journey. This has been quite resourceful because through the learning period there

My Leadership Style From the quiz, my leadership style is the democratic leadership

they should enhance patient’s confidentiality and respect their privacy. It is unethical to
share sensitive information with other colleagues concerning the patient. In their personal
life, they would not be happy as well hearing their private information from outsiders. This
makes a patient feel insecure and hide information that might be helpful in the process of
treating them. This helps in building trust and good relationships with the clients. The
graduate nurses should professionally communicate well to their colleagues and patients so
that they can deliver the right services. Another attribute is the acquisition of contextual
knowledge in areas such as finance, technology, human resource among others. Sometimes
they are expected to analyze expenses or manage resources. They also have to fill in data in
electronic health records or use clinical decision . These skills make them stand a chance in
