3. Localization _ Home TAX System
Report for the Withholding Tax, and Value Added Tax can be prepared in SAP
and they can be transferred to Home Tax System for filing.

4. Localization _ e-Tax Invoice
In Korea, from year 2011, it is mandatory to issue the sales and purchase invoice
by the e-invoice. Therefore, Woongjin Holdings prepared e-Tax invoice by
interfacing with other e-Tax invoice filing system to issue and reverse
the tax invoices.

5. Localization _ e-Banking
To manage expenses which employees spent, users can report expenses of
corporate credit cards and cash. Especially, corporate credit card usage is
interfaced with the Bank, thus it eliminates mistake by users.

6. Localization _ Fixed Asset
Finance department can define the depreciation rule according to company policy,
such as K-GAAP or K-IFRS. Fixed Asset system supports all-in-one solution
for fixed assets.

7. Localization _ HR
HR can manage the organization and the history of it. It also support employee
management, appointment order, diligence and indolence, reference, and
vacation management. Wage management is also provided.

8. Localization _ Treasury
It supports payment receipts which can be interfaced with Firm Banking system,
and process treasury service by payment requests.

9. Localization _ Budget
Budget management supports the budget control ability
by organization, and project.

10. Localization _ K-GAAP/K-IFRS
For the IFRS report, both K-GAAP and K-IFRS financial statements
can be retrieved.
