Woda Management operates affordable housing across 13 U.S. states, including some units that qualify for Section 8 vouchers. Younger residents in Woda's Section 8 housing may qualify for scholarships from the National Leased Housing Association's (NLHA) Education Fund, which began in 2007 to improve the lives of low-income students through education and self-sufficiency by awarding need- and merit-based scholarships. In 2015, the NLHA awarded 62 students scholarships, inviting applications from those living in Section 8 or other subsidized housing, with this year's winners to be announced in early June 2016.

oversees a wide range of affordable housing
developments, including some housing that qualifies
for Section 8 vouchers. Younger residents of Woda
Management’s Section 8-eligible housing might qualify
for a scholarship from the National Leased Housing
Association (NLHA) Education Fund.
The NLHA is committed to supporting the interests of
those who qualify for low- and moderate-income
housing. It contributes to legislation initiatives and
works alongside governmental organizations such as
HUD, the U.S. Treasury, and the U.S. Congress.

3.  The organization’s education fund began in
2007 with the simple goal of improving the
lives of students of low income and helping
them achieve self-sufficiency by means of
education. It encompasses four different
need- and merit-based scholarships. In 2015,
the organization awarded scholarships to 62
students. Students who live in rental housing
that is subsidized by Section 8 vouchers and
other subsidized housing are invited to apply.
This year’s winners will be announced in early
June 2016.
