Eminem: I really like Eminem. He
writes and raps great songs.
Eminem did adapt his musical
style, to match the modern kind of
Rap, which I think is a shame. He
used to write great meaningful
songs about his family, and how he
managed to leave his trailer park
life behind him.
These are the songs that influenced
me. I think other people also like
the old classics, whose style I will
take into account when creating
my magazine

Tupac: Tupac was probably the
most famous old school rapper. He
wrote world famous songs such as
changes, dear mama, hail Mary
and hit em up.
These conscious rap songs are
world famous, not just because of
the beat, or Tupac's exceptional
rap style, but because the
meaning and power behind his
lyrics.
Still, tupac is an idol for people
who fought against racism.

Mr. Green: Mr. Green is a
producer and DJ from New
Jersey, who makes classic Hip-
Hop scores.
I like Mr. Green as he is very
creative, for example he has
show called ‘live from the
streets’ where he records
anything he can pick up on the
street, and makes it into a catchy
and quality score or song.
Mr. Green will be a great
influence on my work, becouse I
really like his style, and his
creativity.

Dr. Dre: Although Dr. Dre is
most known for his rapping, he
is also a great music producer.
His tones don’t follow the new
mainstreet Rap and R&B mix,
but are very original, with an
old school ring to it.
Dr. Dre influenced through his
skill in rap, but also production.
People like Dr. Dre would be
very interesting to interview.

Rapify: Rapify is a social
network, which lets people
upload and share music,
images and videos, with
other Rap and Hip-Hop
enthusiasts. The web site
specifically targets a niche
market, compared to other
social networking site’s, but
the consumers are going to
be the same, of the people
using Rapify, and people
buying my magazine.
This social network could
help me to draw attraction to
my magazine. I could use
that site as a marketing
strategy.
Baby Grande Records: This is
a record label founded by
Chuck Wilson, which is based
in New York.
Baby Grande Records is a
record label, which is very well
known for the work with Hip-
Hop artists, such as
Snowgoons. The label also
produces Electronic and Indie
Rock.
The label can influence my
work, by looking what kind
artists they cover, I can
discover some underground
artist, which people may not
know much about.
