• Students undertake an internship with a Creative Industries host. MCI
students have interned at:
• Media outlets such as Radio 2SER, TVSydney, SBS TV
• Media/arts festivals such as Parramasala, International symposium of
Electronic Art, The Big Anxiety, Urban Theatre Projects, Bundanon Trust
• Digital agencies such as Tigerspike, One Partners, One Green Bean, Blaze
Advertising, Cutting Edge

Rationale for the degree • The contemporary media landscape is characterised by the breakdown of traditional media silos and the transformation of media production & consumption practices. • Creative industries professionals in media, software, marketing and business are now required to understand and connect with their audiences across broadcast, online, mobile and other channels and to integrate new platforms such as AR, VR & social media into their mix. MCI students have interned at: • Media outlets such as Radio 2SER, TVSydney, SBS TV • Media/arts festivals such as Parramasala, International symposium of Electronic Art, The Big Anxiety, Urban Theatre Projects, Bundanon Trust • Digital agencies such as Tigerspike, One Partners, One Green Bean, Blaze Advertising, Cutting Edge
