EPS cement sandwich panel is a kind of lightweight
energy saving wall material, which uses calcium
silicate board or cement fibrolite board as face panel,
filled with cement, EPS polystyrene foam particles
and as core materials and forming by one time
compound. The EPS wall panel is largely used as
interior wall partition and exterior wall for high rise
building, office ,condo, hotel, warehouse, duplex,
loft, hospital, school, villa, refugee house, etc.

EPS Expandable Polystyrene foam:
Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) is the thermoplastic material
with the feature of well heat preservation. EPS can be widely
used in various kinds of fields, such as construction material,
heat preservation material of the cold storage, the air
condition, vehicle, ships, floor heating material and
decoration material. The feature of EPS chiefly embodies in
low intensity, light weight, stable physical performance,
environmental protection, non-toxic, fireproofing and
convenient for construction.

Calcium Silicate Board:
The Calcium Silicate Board is mainly used Calcium and silicate as
basic material, reinforced by nature fiber, and tested in the high
temperature and high pressure. It can be widely used as partition wall
and ceiling. The competitive advantages of calcium silicate board are
environmental protection, durability, high intensity, long life,
waterproof and moisture proof, which make the calcium silicate board
better than the gypsum board. Nowadays, calcium silicate board has
become an important ideal building material in modern construction.

VV Wall panel economic analysis1, per set of 100m2 house will use about 110m2 wall panel, cut down the weight about 30Tons. If for a 20,000m2 buildings can cut
down the weight about 6000Ton, also can cut down the foundation, purline and column using quantity for steel and cement.
2, Per 100m2 wall panels can increase 4.6m2 space area by using VV wall panel. If unit price of the house is $585/m2, per 100m2
wall can save $2691.

Green and environment-friendly, non-harmful substance, no radiation, reusable, no construction waste, widely used

●Lightweight and economy
The core material of eps cement exterior wall panel is filled with lightweight EPS. The volume-weight is about 600-
800 kg/m3. Freely plastering and the weight is only 1/6 of the traditional wall.
●Fireproof
The non-inflammability of the Ojunda board can be reached national A level standard. Under the high temperature of
1000 degrees, the fireproof feature can last four hours, do not radiate toxic gasses.
●Waterproof and wetproof
The water container is made of Ojunda material without any waterproof plaster with no leakage at all. The tests
show that the material has good waterproofness and dampproof. Ojunda material can be used in the wet area such as
kitchen, toilet, and basement.

2 2.5. Installation Process
2.5.1 Setting the line and carrying the board into position
Eject double lines of board thickness up and down the axes of
installed wall board, and easily carry to the side of wall
according to the specification needed.

2.5.2 Sawing board
Using hand-hold electric saw freely according to the
specification of wall, which can reduce the loss rate.

2.5.3 Sizing
Sizing the bump slots and then spread the baseline and the
bump slots with the Ojunda special adhesives.

2.5.4 Installation
Carrying the board prepared to be installed to the installation
place, correcting the wall board by Special tools, and making
it close tightly, and let the polymer mortar squeeze out into
full and then fixing it with a wedge temporarily

2.5.5 Correcting, fixing
Using a guiding rule of two meters to check the verticality
and leveling correction. Then using 6mm or 8mm reinforcing
steel bar and ribs adding with construction sealant to fix

2.5.6 Grouting and filing starch
Using the Ojunda special adhesives to fill the gaps between boards
one day after correcting wall. Then putting the chock out and letting
the corrected wall smoothly with polymer mortar.

2.5.7 Grooving and piping
Cutting a groove by a hand-hold electric saw for burying the
concealed wire and switch box. Then filling with polymer mortar
after installation.

2.5.8 Sticking anti-cracking tape
After finished grouting 3 or 5 days, then sticking anti-crack tape or
attaching fiber mesh cloth if need second decoration

2.5.9 Installing doorcase
Preparing a door and window hole on the installed wall, anchoraging
it with splint or lines.

2.5.10 Facing ceramic tile, decorative sheet, coating and wall paper
Sticking ceramic tiles, or wood facing panels and coating directly on
the installed wall without plastering

Notes:
● The EPS wall panel can be cut like wood optionally, just like building blocks
assembled, don’t waste any small pieces to increase utilization rate.
● The reserved windows and doors must less than 1.8 meters, otherwise, beams
required for extra support.
● Single wall height less than 4.5 meters, span width less than 6 meters,
otherwise, columns and beams are required for supporting.
● After installation, please waiting 24 hours before high strength operations,
such as hanging, cutting holes, etc..
● For the wood wedge, you can take it out after 3 days, and fill the holes using
cement.
