  3. 3. How to Carry Votes • Club can send a delegate to AGM • Club can assign proxy to District Governor • Club can assign another active member
  4. 4. District Proxy Form Sample of how the district proxy form looks like. Do not confuse with the proxy form from Toastmasters International.
  5. 5. International Proxy Form Old format used in the past. Now all proxies are sent via emails to club presidents unless they do not have a valid email registered with Toastmasters International.
  6. 6. Go to “Members” section of TI website and enter your club number and password to enter into Club Business System
  7. 7. Click on the link “Club Proxy/Delegate Assignment
  8. 8. If no club member is going for International Convention in Palm Spring, click on link “Designate your club’s 2010-2011 district governor or the next senior district officer in attendance as your club’s 2010- proxy”.
  9. 9. Fill in the Proxy Number which the 2009- 2009-2010 club president have already received via email from Toastmasters International
  10. 10. Scroll down the page and fill in your name and click on “Confirm and Submit” once you are done.
