This presentation provides an overview of the city’s Flood Control program which is to plan, fund and construct flood control infrastructure. Projects are coordinated with Federal, State and local agencies. The Flood Control program is considered a significant part of the Public Works Department. Approximately $20,000,000 is spent annually on these projects.
