Life coaching is the practice of helping clients determine and achieve personal goals. Life coaches use multiple methods to help clients with the process of setting and reaching goals in all aspects of their lives. The coach acts as a mentor, helping the client to understand their personal values, individual behaviors and works with the to set and achieve goals related to their overall well-being.
Most areas of you life can be addressed through E-coaching. From stress management to relationships and parenting, your E-coach will help you understand your strengths and work with you to cultivate and develop your potential. It is also a great supplement to tradition counselling and can work as a maintenance tools to keep you well.
E-coaching is a modern services that allows individuals an alternative to traditional therapy. It can be accessed at anytime, from anywhere! Clients can liaise with their coach when the time is convenient for them whether they are on the road, out and about or in the comfort of their own home. However, all interactions are still entirely confidential.
It is easy to get started. Once you make the call your E-coach will assess your needs and help you to set goals. These goal will be recorded on your web portal and there will be many ways to involve yourself.

In contrast with traditional counselling approaches, coaching is proactive and future directed. Instead of focusing on dysfunction and problems, E-coaching focuses entirely on strengths and creating new possibilities. The focus is moving towards something desirable instead of moving away from something that is painful.
Asking for help is not always the easiest thing to do. We understands that there may be many things preventing you from making that first call. You may be telling yourself that you can handle it or you may think that you’re a failure for not being able to deal with problems on your own. This is simply not the case. My Library and My Calendar. Your coach will supply you with helpful articles related to your goals. They are supplied in the “my library section. After reading an article you have the opportunity to reflect on it in a journal entry, ask you coach any questions or perhaps complete some follow up tasks provided by your coach. In the “my schedule” section you can keep track of all your coaching activities.
For example, traditionally couples seek counselling when they are experiencing relationship problems. In contrast, couples seek E-coaching to help build a strong foundation to their relationship and prevent problems before they even start.
