Project Overview:
• Riyadh PP10: A 3 billion US $ Power Project that will supply3000 MW, built on a 5 million Square
meter PP10 plant outside the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. This is a Greenfield project consisting of
36 GT simple cycle base loaded gas turbines on treated crude oil for future conversion to combined
cycle blocks. PP10 project increased Riyadh’s installed capacityby about 20% to meet projected energy
shortages

Electrical engineer responsible for all electrical activities such as:
• Materials take off, studying the drawings and single line diagrams.
• Planning the activities by priorities and distributing the manpower.

KSA, Qurayyah, Eastern Province
Projects’ overview:
• Project C: The Qurayyah Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant is site about 70 km south of
Dammam, the third largest cityin Saudi Arabia. The power plant consists of five (5) blocks, each
including three GE frame 7FA gas turbines. The conversion and extension of the existing Qurayyah
power plant will comprise the addition of five (5) steam turbines and fifteen (15) heat recovery steam
generators (HRSG) which will be supplied byDoosan. Due to this conversion to combined cycle a
capacity of 1,200 MW will be added to Qurayyah power plant and will increase the total capacityfor
the Qurayyah project up to 3,200 MW.
• Block 6: Qurayyah Open cycle Extension, 3 Gas turbines and combined cycle for these 3 turbines.
