– Note: Image can be added by importing or
scanning
– User will log on and select the system
– User selects an Inbox and clicks Add Images to
begin scanning session

• After the user selects Scan button, user will
be prompted to enter Scan settings
• Scan settings are entered and the user is ready to
load documents for scanning
• User can preview document(s) before indexing
• An image can be deleted prior to indexing
• Comments can be added to an image or group of
images prior to indexing
