Oshawa and beyond!
Oshawa and beyond!
SNT's new approach is on the verge of delivering its 'proof of concept' with the Women's
Dutch National Team (WDNT) Development Program sending the WDNT to the World
Championships in Oshawa in a financially sustainable manner. We have just started up our
first steps to follow through this proof of concept for the Men's DNT, setting up the MDNT
Development Program and starting looking at the World Championships in 2014 in Denver,
USA.
The three things that lay at the very core of this success:
1. We have stopped tearing things down as individuals and started building as a group
2. We have stopped thinking short term and started thinking long term
3. We have stopped thinking in projects and started thinking in programs
The 6th of July, our Ladies and their coaching staff plus a group of supporters will travel to
Oshawa, Canada for a life changing experience!
We have almost closed the gap to our 'top line' budget:
Please, wll you help us with the last bits and pieces?

When the Ladies have returned from their tournament and their summer break, we will
have a grand evaluation session of this particular initiative and its ramp up but more
importantly: the next WDNT Development Program trainings are being scheduled by a
highly motivated coaching staff!

Thank you!
Development Programs
The WDNT Development Program has a young brother: the MDNT Development Program
which has started up just last week. Our next training is scheduled:
Sunday the 23rd of June in Rotterdam!
Full day of lacrosse under supervision of Owen Zachariasse (assistant coach for the
European Championships!)
25 euro participation fee
SIGN UP ASAP: hietbrink@gmail.com
Ground Rules
Participation in international tournaments is an integral part of the sustainable and
continuous Men's National Team Development Program, which is open for
everyone
The operational arm of the SNT concerned with ensuring team participation to the
2014 World Cup is called the MDNTL WC2014. This is a project ('Destination
Denver') within the Program
The Men's Lacrosse development (and international tournament/championships
participation) and financials will be broken out into a separate financial and
organizational construct
It's all about the support base!
The SNT has set out building the Development Programs.
For the WDNT Development Program and the initiative to go to Canada we now have
some 20 individuals active in different area's to make this happen.
For the MDNT Development Program and the initiative to go to Denver we now have
started setting up our support base (5 and counting!)
We know you want to be part of our team!
We need extra hands, brains, enthusiasm, energy, ideas, what have you...
Reach out to us and find out how you can help us raise the level of Dutch Lacrosse!
Support SNT
Our monthly donation scheme is a must have for us to
keep on going!
We currently have some 80 euros a month trickling
through but need more. Help us with only 5 euros a
month!
Please join our first supportes for us to be able to play
on by creating positive cash flow. SNT wishes to create
a better foundation on which to grow starting with a new
donation scheme: monthly donations.
Participate at 5 euros a month (or more!), to support the
