• The plant was setup in China for our major
automotive client Valeo, in 2009. The
plant in China is the production place with
all imported machine from Europe.
• The Staff is working on project oriented
flow with 4 Expatriate from Europe in
order to implement European working
standards.
• The factory staff has 30 worker, in order to
reduce the quality risk by using high
capacity production machines
• The building area is 4 000 m2.
• Certification : ISO9001:2008
ISO-TS 16949 (on going, scheduled for
May2012)
• Know How : Turning, Stamping, forging,
High Frequency Heat Treatment, Surface
Treatment (Nickel, Phosphate), Broaching,
Hobbing, Milling and Grinding.
